Our Beach Town Athletic Club programs are for those who may be too busy, don’t have access to, or can’t afford effective self defense or an advanced lineage in martial arts. Designed for beginners to the most advanced practitioners. As with any fitness program please consult your primary care physician with any health questions before beginning a new program, and know your local laws.
